China Zhong An Peace Working Group Inspected and Arranged the Related Work on “Anyang Zhanghe River Ecological Management Project”

 On April 13, 2018, Mr. Zhang Yang, chairman of China Zhong An Peace, led a working group to Anyang City, Henan Province to inspect the progress of our company's “Zhanghe River (Anyang County section) Ecological Management Project” and arrange the next steps. Accompanied by Cheng Wenbin, the head of the project department, the working group learned in detail about the river channel planning and design standards and the current progress of the project. In the afternoon, the working group conducted on-site office and field visits to the project section.

The project is located in the Zhanghe River channel in the north of Anfeng Township, Anyang County, 14 kilometers away from Anyang City, covering an area of about 3,500 Mu (Central Island of the Zhanghe River). The project is designed and planned based on “the Outline of the Eco-Cultural Tourism Industry Belt of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project”, to achieve the goal of flood control once in 50 years, to take “Crossing Zhang” project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project as the node, and the prevention and control of soil erosion as the primary standard. The project is constructed to a tourism destination mainly focusing on ecology, leisure, tourism, high-tech species and breeding.

 After listening to the report of the project headquarters, the working group conducted a site inspection of the water source, the surrounding natural environment, and traffic construction conditions, and found that the ecological damage of the project site was serious and need to strengthen protection. After the site investigation, the working group continued to hold a site meeting to discuss the project implementation plan for the next step and propose the project progress requirements. The working group developed an on-site solution to the problem with the project. The leaders of China Zhong An Peace proposed to build three lines of defense: “ecological restoration”, “ecological treatment” and “ecological protection” in the Zhanghe River (Anyang County Section), to coordinate the relationship with relevant government departments, and make full use of and rationally allocate local water resources. On the basis of ensuring the quality of the project, make sure that the “Zhanghe River (Anyang County) Ecological Management Project” is completed as scheduled.
