China Zhong An Economy Development Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “China Zhong An Economy”) is a state-owned company registered at the State Administration of Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China (SAIC) in January, 1997 under the approval of the responsible institutions. As the parent company of CZAP, China Zhong An Economy has accumulated substantial resources in the fields of social economic and cultural development and counter-terrorism and anti-riots, upholding rigorous and pragmatic working attitudes, with forward-looking, strategic and systematic working methods since its establishment.

The World Cultural Diversity Organisation is a non-profit international organization approved by UNESCO. Headquartered in Paris, it was initiated by French President Chirac and was established in accordance with the French government's 1901 Act.
