China Zhong An Peace is Invited to Attend the 3rd Lianyungang Forum and the First International Security Cooperation Conference on Transnational Oil and Gas Pipeline
On December 11, 2017, Chairman Zhang Yang represented China Zhong An Peace Holding Co., Ltd. in the “3rd Lianyungang Forum and the First International Security Cooperation Conference on Transnational Oil and Gas Pipeline” hosted by the Ministry of Public Security, co-organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department and organized by Lianyungang Public Security Bureau. During the conference, more than 300 Chinese and foreign representatives from more than 40 countries and international organizations focused on the theme of “Working together to build a community of shared future for law enforcement security”, and jointly discussed law enforcement and security cooperation plans, and worked together to develop a long-term policy and a blueprint for the development of the forum. Huang Ming, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Public Security, Vice Chairman of the NPC Foreign Affairs Committee, Zhao Baige, Chairman of the Expert Committee of the Landi International Think Tank Project of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Chen Zhenning, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. In addition, Director Liu Guangyuan, Director of the External Security Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Zheng Baigang, Secretary-General of the Lancang River and Mekong River Security Cooperation Organization, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Participants were representatives of the public security front and the diplomatic field and representatives of a small number of enterprises. China Zhong An Peace Holding Co., Ltd. was invited as one of the only representatives of several companies to participate in this meeting.
The Lianyungang Forum is the abbreviation of the International Law Enforcement Cooperation Forum (Lianyungang) of the New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge Safety Corridor. The aim is to focus on the countries along the “Belt and Road” and carry out extensive law enforcement security cooperation to create a community of security destiny. At the opening ceremony of the 86th General Assembly of International Criminal Police Organization on September 26 this year, Chinese President Xi Jinping solemnly announced to the world that “the establishment of the International Law Enforcement Cooperation Forum (Lianyungang) of the New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge Safety Corridor” is the important result of China's participation and advocating international law enforcement, security cooperation, and global security governance.
The third Lianyungang Forum was also the first international security cooperation conference for transnational oil and gas pipelines. At the meeting, Huang Ming, deputy minister of the Ministry of Public Security, delivered a keynote speech and stressed that maintaining the security of transnational oil and gas pipelines is related to regional economic development, people's livelihood and social stability. It is the joint responsibility of law enforcement agencies of various countries. Based on the principles of mutual cooperation, joint construction, and sharing, all parties should deepen the security cooperation of transnational oil and gas pipelines, establish regular meetings, intelligence exchanges, and emergency response mechanisms, strengthen law enforcement capacity, and carry out double-multilateral joint exercises to implement real law enforcement actions to benefit the people of all countries along the route.

During the conference, the domestic and foreign police officials, well-known experts and scholars, and well-known corporate executives conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions in the following three aspects: building a good think tank forum to help global security governance; strengthen think tank exchanges to discuss international law enforcement cooperation; transform forum results and share security governance experience., to make think tanks play an effective role in the consultation and promotion of communication.

The third session of the Police Equipment and Public Safety Products Expo was held concurrently. The scope of exhibits includes video surveillance and image processing technology, information communication, network security, Internet of Things technology, drones and related applications.
The three-day Lianyungang Forum will also host a sub-forum for Head of police academy, a think tank sub-forum and the third police equipment and public safety products exposition. Through deep "dialogue", we will seek multiple answers and consider the future development of China and human society and show the broad picture of the future world.
