China Zhong An Peace held Passive House Working Conference

On January 15, China Zhong An Peace Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Zhong An Peace”) held the Passive House working conference in Beijing, executing the discussion and work arrangement combing the planned project. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Zhang Yang, Chairman of China Zhong An Peace. Representative of China Zhong An Peace Passive House Consortium-Deputy Chief Engineer Tian Shanming of Jianxue Architecture and Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. Li Yuying, Director and Vice President of China Zhong An Peace, Ni Zhiping, Chairman Assistant of China Zhong An Peace, Guo Lei, Deputy General Manager of China Zhong An Peace Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Zhang Hejun, Project Manager, Wang Lei, Deputy General Manager of China Zhong An Peace Hebei Xiongan Branch and China Zhong An Peace Xiongan Technology Co., Ltd. and other related department leaders attended the meeting.

The meeting pointed out that China Zhong An Peace shall persist in the principle of “customer oriented, responsible for the society”, provide the overall solution including design, calculating, material selection, construction, acceptance, maintenance，relying on the whole life cycle quality management system, to push the application and development of passive house in China.

The meeting proposed that China Zhong An Peace should fully integrate natural environmental resources and historical human resources in passive house work according to China's vast territory, complex terrain and diverse historical and cultural characteristics. In 2019, the pilot project will be selected.

The meeting requested that, according to different climates, altitudes, topography, project types and other conditions, China Zhong An Peace should explore the experience and methods of how to maximize comfort and energy saving of passive house, so as to precipitate China Zhong An Peace’s experience in the construction, team and data of passive house.

At the meeting, Tian Shanming explained one design solution of the passive house project, and the proposal of building the first cliff passive hotel combining the surrounding environment was affirmed by the leaders.

In addition, Zhang Hejun proposed innovative management mechanisms and methods for the specific management of passive house projects, combining BIM, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies to achieve visual management, cost control and other purposes.

Finally, Zhang Yang required that in the New Year, China Zhong An Peace should adhere to the "world vision, international standards, Chinese characteristics, high-point positioning" in passive construction work, clarify business positioning and highlight its own advantages, and strive to make the project a model of the industry and establish a brand of China Zhong An Peace in a sustainable development industry.
