China Zhong Am Peace Held Zhanghe River Ecological Management and Cultural Tourism Working Conference
Recently, Zhang Yang, Chairman of China Zhong An Peace Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Zhong An Peace”), led a working group to visit the leaders and employees in Anyang and Handan, and held the China Zhong An Peace Zhanghe River Ecological Management and Cultural Tourism Project (hereinafter referred to as the "China Zhong An Peace Zhanghe River Project" ) working conference. Ni Zhiping, Chairman Assistant of China Zhong An Peace, Fang Yamin, Executive Deputy General Manager of China Zhong An Peace Ecological Environment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Zhong An Peace Ecological Company”), Cheng Wenbin, Deputy General Manager of China Zhong An Peace Ecological Company and general manager of China Zhong An Peace Zhanghe Project Company (Anyang Hezhengjingan and China Zhong An Peace Handan), Liu Yanlin, chief engineer of China Zhong An Peace Zhanghe River Project, Wang Lei, deputy general manager of China Zhong An Peace Hebei Xiongan Branch, and leaders of personnel department and risk control department of the head office attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Cheng Wenbin made a report on the work of the China Zhong An Peace Zhanghe River Project in 2018. He said that under the cordial care and scientific management of the leaders of the head office, the work team of Zhanghe River Project Company adhered to the implementation of the “one city, one town and one district” plan of the head office, strictly operated in accordance with laws and regulations, and promoted safely, successfully completing the preparation work in the previous period, which has been fully recognized by the water conservancy department and local governments.
In October 2018, during the promotion meeting of the China Zhong An Peace Zhanghe River Project held by the Handan River Bureau, Zhang Qibin, director of the Water Affairs Department of the Zhangweinan Canal Administration, on behalf of the Zhangweinan Canal Administration approved the project to carry out land leveling work.
In November 2018, China Zhong An Peace Ecological Environment Management Co., Ltd. was officially established at the Business Incubation Service Center of Zhanghe Park, Handan City, Hebei Province, and was jointly responsible for the development and construction of the China Zhong An Peace Zhanghe River Project with Anyang Hezhengjingan Cultural Development Co., Ltd.
On December 12, 2018, China Zhong An Peace Zhanghe River Project officially broke ground. Subsequently, after 6 days of hard work, the construction team completed the land leveling tasks of the Zhaocun section and the Guojiatun section in advance with the quality and quantity, so that the original uneven river channel was restored and leveled, meeting the requirements of the design and planning department.

At the meeting, Zhang Yang highly affirmed and praised the progress made by the Zhanghe River Project Company's work team and deployed the work in 2019. He said that after more than four years of thorough research and careful preparation, under the leadership of General Manager Cheng Wenbin, all employees have worked conscientiously and unitedly to ensure the legal compliance of all work, steadily advance and achieved breakthrough. In the new year, I hope that the colleagues of the project company will make persistent efforts to implement the guidelines of the head office to protect and inherit the excellent and splendid national traditional culture and the sustainable development of the local economy, in accordance with the principle of “production, life, ecology and safety”. Promote the simultaneous optimization and quality improvement of local economic ecology and social ecology, and actively explore the overall solution of the combination of local economic sustainable development with ecological governance and cultural heritage.
