Yingkou City and China Zhong An Peace Signed a Memorandum of Project Cooperation

On the afternoon of February 28, 2019, Wang Hongming, member of the standing committee of Yingkou municipal committee of Liaoning province and deputy mayor of Yingkou, led a party and government delegation composed of related departments leaders visited China Zhong An Peace Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Zhong An Peace"). Chairman and President Zhang Yang warmly received the delegation and held a working meeting.

The two Parties had extensive exchanges on culture, economy, trade, industry, finance and social governance, and reached consensus on cooperation and development with the help of Yingkou's transportation and port location advantages. On the evening of 28th, Wang Hongming and Zhang Yang signed a memorandum of project cooperation on behalf of both Parties.

According to the agreement, the two Parties will substantially promote the construction of passive house pilot demonstration area project of Beihai public rental housing radiating northeast China, and build a platform and demonstration base for industrial services, comprehensive business and trade solutions supplier with high-quality development of production, life and ecology.

The two Parties also agreed to carry out all-round cooperation in more fields in the new era of globalization and the constantly improved situation in Northeast Asia. The two Parties will actively explore the sustainable development of Yingkou's economy and the overall plan for the coordinated management and development of economic ecology and social ecology. In combination with the existing business of China Zhong An Peace, the two Parties also discussed the possibility of part of the Chinese citizens' overseas travel security service executed in Yingkou, and reached a preliminary consensus. At the same time, the two Parties conducted in-depth exchanges on the cooperation among Hong Kong Asia Television and other overseas Chinese media and Yingkou City, in order to promote the global marketing plan of Yingkou, enhance the global influence of Yingkou and even the Northeast, and promote the work of attracting business, investment and talents.
