China Zhong An Economy and China Zhong An Peace are invited to participate the 5th Summit on Globalization Strategy of China's High Speed Railway

On December 9, 2017, at the invitation of Southwest Jiaotong University, Professor Zhang Youchun, Vice Chairman of China Zhong An Economy and China Zhong An Peace Security Counter-Terrorism Committee, represented China Zhong An Economy and China Zhong An Peace to participate in the 5th Summit on Globalization Strategy of China's High Speed Railway held by Southwest Jiaotong University and give security reports.

In his report, Director Zhang Youchun pointed out that Globalization Strategy of China's High Speed Railway is an extension of China’s comprehensive national strength and power, and will inevitably be obstructed and destroyed by hostile countries, anti-China forces and terrorists. In the process of “globalization”, China's high-speed railway needs to pay more attention to organized and planned damage risks. The areas along the “Belt and Road” are areas where terrorist activities are frequent and terrorist attacks occur frequently. They are also the necessary passages and major markets for Globalization Strategy of China's High Speed Railway. Its security work is a complex systematic project involving geopolitical risks, terrorist threats, religious racial contradictions, and policy and legal differences, which require the construction party, the operators and the security support parties work together to coordinate to design an overall security solution and coordinate civil air defense, physical defense, and technical defense to achieve detection and analysis, identification, emergency response and risk assessment and to provide effective security for high-speed railway construction and operation, and support China's high-speed railway globalization.

Since 2013, with the strong support of all parties, Southwest Jiaotong University has initiated and hosted the annual "Globalization Strategy of China's High Speed Railway ", which has invited many famous experts such as famous economists Li Wuwei and TC Kao, director of the Railway Research Center of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, leaders from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the China Railway Corporation, the State Railway Administration, and the PLA Academy Of Military Sciences attended and delivered keynote speeches, which produced positive and extensive social impact.

The year 2017 is the fifth year of the forum. The forum is jointly sponsored by Southwest Jiaotong University, Guangming Daily, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Chinese Science News, Sina Weibo, and Daily Economic News. The theme is “New Era—The strategy of traffic power the country and China's high-speed railway aimed at strengthening scientific research on major issues in all aspects of rail transit, better serving the “Belt and Road Initiative” and promoting the accelerated development of the national rail transit industry. At the forum, Academician Sun Yongfu of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Huo Yuzhen, Special Representative of China and Central and Eastern European Countries Cooperation Affairs, Sun Hucheng, Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of China Highway and Transportation Society, Wu Jingyu, Director of the Belt and Road Train Guidance Center of CCTA, and Peng Long, the President of Beijing Foreign Studies University, Xu Fei, the president of Southwest Jiaotong University, and other experts and scholars jointly exchanged in-depth ideas on the issues involved in China's high-speed railway globalization.
