Chairman Zhang Yang of China Zhong An Peace Holding Led the Delegation to Yingkou for Investigation and Exchange

On November 27-28, Zhang Yang, Chairman of China Zhong An Peace Holding led a delegation to Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, to hold talks with Yu Gongbin, the mayor of Yingkou Municipal People's Government and the other leaders of the Municipal Party Committee. The two sides exchanged in-depth on the development of cultural tourism and logistics industries. During the talks, Mayor Yu Gongbin briefly introduced the economic and social development of Yingkou City. He pointed out that Yingkou had developed a “one belt and three axes” urban plan based on its location advantages, and formed an urban development pattern supported by multi-points which included northern development axis consisting of Yingkou main city, Laobian District and Dashiqiao City, the central development axis composed of Gaizhou Old Town and Beihai New District, and the southern development axis consisting of the Bayuquan District, Xiongyue Town and Xianren Island. At the same time, Yingkou had made the best of the advantages of the “three districts superposition” of the free trade zone, the comprehensive insurance zone and the high-tech zone, and accelerated the innovation and promotion of the system, and achieved a series of innovations. The development of Yingkou required both large projects and overwhelming small and medium-sized projects. It was hoped that during the inspection of Yingkou, Chairman Zhang Yang would take a deep look and visit. Yingkou was willing to cooperate with China Zhong An Peace Holding in the development of cultural tourism and logistics to achieve a win-win situation.

Chairman Zhang Yang said that since its establishment, China Zhong An Peace Holding had been actively exploring the overall solution for safety and development, and built and operated a safety and development integrated industrial system. He pointed out that the location advantage of Yingkou was obvious. Through this field visit, it was even more felt that Yingkou was full of vitality. During the visiting, China Zhong An Peace Holding Company delegation visited the Liaodong Bay Port of Yingkou City and the Beihai New Area Tourism and Health Recuperation District, and held a meeting with Li Xiubin, the Secretary-General of Yingkou Municipal People’s Government, Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Li, and Du Ming, Deputy Director of China (Liaoning) Free Trade Zone Yingkou District, and other local department leaders on specific cooperation matters.
